As a former prosecutor and judge pro-tem , Robert J. Campos has the proven experience to protect your rights should you or a loved one be arrested on a Fugitive of Justice Warrant.

If you are arrested and are wanted on charges in another state, the state that is seeking to prosecute you may have you arrested on a warrant and detained by the State of Arizona. The hearing to determine if you should be detained and sent to the state that is seeking to prosecute you is called an Extradition Hearing or a Fugitive of Justice Hearing.
