However, you must act quickly to protect your rights. If you are found guilty at the city court level, you must file your appeal within 14 days after your conviction and sentence. If you do not timely file your appeal, you will lose this important right.
If you are convicted of a crime after a trial in superior court, you have 20 days from the date of your conviction and sentence to file an appeal to the Arizona Court of Appeals. If you do not file your Notice of Appeal within 20 days of your sentence and conviction, you will lose this important right.

You have 90 days, from the date of your sentencing to file a Rule 32 Notice. If you do not file your Notice within 90 days of your sentence you can lose this important right.
